I came in to have my engagement ring sized and it was completed while I waited… about an hour. The workmanship was excellent, and it now fits perfectly! Staff are very nice and professional. I will definitely return and I highly recommend them!

Went to the mall to get a battery for my Bulova watch. We tried Kay's but they were, slow to wait on anyone so we moved on think we come back later. Then I came across Fast-Fix, and decided to check it out. The nice young lady met us as we walked in and was very attentive to what I needed. She was very professional and friendly. Took our number, told us to go walk around the mall, and they will text when ready. Well we didn't make it too far before my text went off, so we turned around to go back. The transaction was fast and very informative I highly recommend for all you watch and jewelry repairs.

The absolute BEST! Went to Breitling and requested a cleaning and polish for my Crosswind Timepiece and they said 6 months!!! Absolutely RIDICULOUS!! Walked into FAST-FIX and they had me squared away in under an hour. Excellent work!!! Fantastic staff and overly qualified. Thanks FAST-FIX and shame on you Breitling!!!

Brought two pieces of jewelry in for repair after receiving other quotes that were so outrageous. The employees were extremely friendly and quoted me half of what the other jewelers did. I’m very happy with the work and highly recommend FAST FIX!

If I could give this store a 10 star review I would. I was given a watch for Christmas but my wrists are so small it didn’t fit. I took it to Macy’s and the guy was rude, and totally messed up the links on the watch. I found the Fast Fix Jewelry repair store and took it there today. They were super friendly, knew exactly how to fix it gave me a 30 minute time to come back but they texted me it was done within 10-15 minutes! Great customer service is so hard to find these days but Fast Fix Jewelry Repair gives excellent customer service!! Thank you!!!
